Recipe: Baked Bananas Foster

This warm, rich dessert is reminiscent of a homemade banana pudding and perfect for a wintertime treat. And the best part? It's only 135 calories!

Ingredients

1 medium-sized fresh banana
Low-fat butter spray
2 teaspoons low-cal butter-flavored syrup
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of allspice
ReddiWip Fat Free Whipped Topping

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Lightly spray a baking pan with the low-fat butter spray. Peel and slice the banana into round, coin-shaped slices and place on pan. Spritz the banana with butter spray.

3. Drizzle the syrup over the banana.

4. Sprinkle the nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice on top as desired.

5. Bake for 10 minutes.

6. Serve immediately with a dollop of whipped topping.

Makes one serving.

*Tip- I used McCormick's Apple Pie Spice, which is just a mix of nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice. It's three containers in one!
