Recipe: Tuna Salad

In the summer, I love to eat some tuna or chicken salad. It's a very light and refreshing meal when it is so hot outside! Here is a quick and simple recipe for tuna salad that is very tasty and healthy too!

This is what you will need:

1 5oz can of albacore white tuna
1 tbsp of canola or olive oil mayonnaise (Hellman's)
1 tsp of sweet relish
1 dash of black pepper

Can you tell how simple this is going to be already?

Step 1 -
Drain the can of tuna and add to a bowl.

Step 2 - Mix in the relish and mayo.

Step 3 - Stir in the dash of black pepper.

And TADA! Fresh tuna salad! Makes 2 servings. You can eat it like this with some crackers...

Or you could spread it on some bread with lettuce and a slice of tomato for a cool, refreshing sandwich...

Or you could spread it on a sub roll, add a piece of provolone cheese, and bake for 5-7 minutes and enjoy a gooey tuna melt!
